Rental Conditions

Everything you need to know before setting off. No surprises – everything is transparent and agreed in advance.

General Conditions

Minimum age of renter: 21 years
Category B driving licence, minimum 3 years experience
Required documents: ID card + driving licence (companies additionally trade licence / company registration extract)
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter and persons explicitly named in the contract
No smoking in the vehicle
Any modifications to the vehicle are prohibited

Pick-up and Return

Pick-up: on the first day of rental 10:00–17:00
Return: on the last day of rental 08:00–15:00
Always by prior arrangement with the owner
The caravan is returned clean and tidy, the chemical toilet tank flushed 2×
Gas cylinders are not refilled by the renter

Payment Terms

Security deposit: 10,000 CZK (to be paid upon pick-up)
Deposit on booking: 5,000–10,000 CZK depending on rental length (payable within 3 working days of confirmation)
Balance: by bank transfer at least 3 working days before pick-up, or in cash upon pick-up
Everything is included in the rental price – no mileage fee, no hidden costs

Insurance

Vehicles are fully insured (ALL-RISK)
Excess 10%, minimum 10,000 CZK – will be deducted from the deposit
Territorial validity per green card

Penalties

Loss of keys or vehicle documents: up to 3,000 CZK per item
Heavily soiled vehicle or unemptied toilet tank: 3,000 CZK
Late return without prior arrangement: 5,000 CZK per 24 hours
